COCONUT CLUB BAHAMAS

Coconut Club

Pioneering Off-Grid Luxury with Solar-Powered Innovation

THE CHALLENGE

The Coconut Club Exuma team set out to craft the ultimate beach club experience in the Bahamas. After an extensive search, the team discovered the perfect location—a pristine stretch of white sand on Stocking Island in the Exumas. While undeniably beautiful, the site presented significant challenges: Stocking Island lacks utilities, has no existing infrastructure or ports, is only accessible by boat, and is fully exposed to the harsh Caribbean elements. Traditional diesel-powered generators and cold storage would have been costly and difficult to manage, so the Coconut Club team turned to ROXBOX for sustainable, solar-powered solutions that could support their off-grid vision while reducing logistical headaches.

SOLARATOR™ SOLUTIONS

To sustainably power the entire site, ROXBOX deployed solutions from our HELIOS line of containerized solar-powered systems, including a Solarator™ Fold-Out 60+ kW renewable generator for full-site power and a Solarator™ Walk-In Cooler for efficient cold storage. Coconut Club is expected to save $110,000 annually on fuel costs and avoid 375,000 lbs of toxic carbon emissions annually. With its cutting-edge design and renewable energy integration, Coconut Club seamlessly blends sustainability with luxury, delivering an unparalleled beachside experience for guests.
