Standard Container sizes we offer are 20ft and 40ft. Standard height is 8’6”. High Cube 9’6”
Dimensions of shipping containers depend on the size. Our 20ft and 40ft Containers are 8’6’ (2.62m) high (exterior) whereas 40ft high cube containers are 9’6’ (2.92m) high. 20ft containers have an interior floor space of 160 sq. ft. while 40ft and 40ft HC have 360 sq. ft. of interior space. All the containers we carry are 8' (2.43m) wide.

There are four main shipping container grades.
- Used base grade: budget-friendly used containers free of holes but have dents and repairs
- Used mid grade: slightly better than base units, well-functioning water-tight containers with mild rust
- Used top grade: top grade used containers with minimal damage, ideal for construction and job site offices…
- New - One trip container: best quality containers that function like new, perfect for building tiny container homes and urban development

Containers are made with Cor-ten steel which does not rust, but appears as a rust-like color after years of exposure to natural elements and weathering.
Shipping container cost varies based on quality and availability. Please see our available pricing on our shop.
We can take payment in cash, check, ACH transfer, or credit card.
We do offer delivery. Delivery is based on distance from yard to final destination. We can give you a delivery quote on request/final purchase.
Containers are delivered on a 24’ Flat bed tow truck or a 40’ gooseneck tilt trailer. If you have offloading capabilities, we can deliver on flatbed trailers as well.
The container must be placed on level ground. If the ground is not level, the customer can place wood blocks under the container to level it.
Of Course! We can modify your container to your design. Our modification work can include fabrication, general construction, and custom modification such as container office, homes, pools, mobile bars or restaurants and anything that you can dream. We can modify the containers to install refrigeration and freezer systems as well as spray foam insulation. Other general construction services include AC/Heat systems, plumbing, and electrical work. Ask about our modification work.
Shipping container architecture is a form of architecture using steel intermodal containers as structural element.
We suggest using the containers as a structure for a carport than a garage itself. We have a number of designs that we believe is best and most cost efficient. Give us a call and ask about the modifications we can offer. We're sure you will see there is no limit to what we can do.
The common misconception is container homes are drastically cheaper than a normally constructed home. We know from experience that it can be moderately cheaper, but where your savings comes in is with the time a container home can be built.
While shipping container pools may look extremely cool and keep you out of the heat, the structural engineering behind it can be costly. If you want that container look in your backyard, let us know and we'll walk you through the steps in getting it done.
It is the customer's responsibility to check with the local municipality to see if they will allow a container at your site.
Depends on the size of your container, and size of door installations.
Check to see if your container is on level ground, this may affect the opening and closing of your doors. Remember, WD-40 is a friend of everyone. Put a little in the joints of the doors.
Due to insurance reasons we are unable to allow clients into the storage yard, but can provide photos dependent on the demand of containers in the area.
We can put you in touch with a driver to help out.
There will be a sales tax on the container. The tax is based on your final destination tax rate. We keep the container purchase separate from the delivery. We DO NOT tax the delivery.
