Lead Construction Project Estimator
Are you a detail-oriented construction professional who thrives on accuracy and structure? If you're an accomplished estimator with a proven track record of creating accurate bids, this is your chance to shine! As Lead Estimator, you will own and manage the estimation process of our volumetric construction projects. This critical position requires a highly detailed individual who delivers estimates with great accuracy in short timelines. The lead estimator works closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop precise cost estimates and budgets. You will analyze plans and specifications, review contracts, and determine the costs of labor, material, and equipment required for a project. The lead estimator also provides input to bids and proposals, negotiates (purchasing) vendor contracts, and performs scope verification.
